1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SPACEAI platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

SPACEAI provides an AI-powered voice agent platform that enables businesses to create, deploy, and manage intelligent voice agents for customer communication. Our Services include but are not limited to:

  • AI Voice Agent creation and configuration
  • Call handling and routing
  • Real-time speech processing and synthesis
  • Analytics and reporting dashboards
  • API integrations

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Make fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading calls
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the platform for spam or unsolicited communications

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the SPACEAI platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are the exclusive property of SPACEAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our platform, including custom voice agent configurations and scripts.

6. Payment Terms

Certain Services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described in your selected plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Usage-based charges will be billed at the end of each billing cycle

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

7. Service Level Agreement

SPACEAI strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Data Processing

You acknowledge that our Services involve processing voice data and related information. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from end-users for such processing. You are responsible for compliance with applicable telecommunications and data protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPACEAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SPACEAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to access the Services will immediately cease
  • You remain liable for any outstanding fees
  • We will retain your data for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
